Tee it up in Niagara Falls
6-September-2010

Golf enthusiasts have the chance to play six world-class golf courses by day and wine and dine in Niagara Falls by night, from $169 per person.

"The Hilton Hotel and Suites is the perfect destination for golfers seeking a world-class golf getaway," says the Hilton Hotel and Suites Niagara Falls/Fallsview's VP of marketing and development, Anthony Annunziata.

"We have made it easy to book your getaway and even easier to afford."

The "Stay and Play" package includes two rounds of golf, suite accommodations in the country's tallest hotel tower, and breakfast.

Golfers can customize their "Stay and Play" package by selecting their desired courses, tee times and room type.

Golfers have six championship golf courses to choose from, including 'Legends on the Niagara,' 'Whirlpool,' 'Grand Niagara,' 'John Daly's Thundering Waters' and 'Royal Niagara.'

Suites can accommodate up to four people and feature living rooms with gas fireplaces, wet bars, wireless Internet, and views of either the city or the falls.

In addition, the hotel offers three dining options, including a new Brazilian steakhouse, and a glass-enclosed walkway leading to the Fallsview Casino Resort.

Four Points opens in Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls has become the home of the 21st Four Points by Sheraton property in Canada, reports parent company Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.

"We are delighted to add this great new hotel to Niagara Falls, offering guests the comfortable and moderately-priced lodging they have come to expect from Four Points by Sheraton," says Brian McGuinness, Starwood's senior vice-president, specialty select brands.

"This property will provide guests with just what they want and need -- a great location with comfortable rooms, fresh, clean style, and little indulgences to help them feel special at the end of the day."

Owned and developed by the Fallsview Group, the newly opened Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls Fallsview offers 265 guest rooms and suites, many of which feature views of the famous falls.

Amenities offered at the hotel include an indoor heated pool, two whirlpools and a fitness room. Complimentary wireless Internet hotspots are also located throughout the property.
